One of the largest stocks of instruments in the country, available for hire to Gloucestershire pupils at much lower rates than are available commercially. An instrument purchase scheme allows pupils to buy instruments at heavily discounted prices, free of VAT. |

Concerts for Schools. Introducing children to the pleasure of music making is given high priority. Hundreds of lecture recitals are given in junior schools each year. |

County Music Groups: 22 Orchestras, Music Centres, Wind Bands, Jazz Bands, Brass Bands and Choirs cater for over 1300 adults and young people at all levels of attainment. |

A Summer Orchestral Course and one day workshops providing intensive musical experiences for pupils led by members of the instrumental teaching team. |
