Brass Band

Gloucestershire Youth Brass Band   Various venues throughout the county. Course based Audition required.

The GYBB meets once a term on a course basis. They give three concerts a year and will be attending the 2008 National Youth Brass Band Festival. Auditions are held for players aged 12 and over who are of a minimum grade 5 standard. Membership of GYBB is free, but a charge will be made for any course that is residential.

Intermediate and junior level brass bands also operate weekly in the Music Centres and at the Forest of Dean Area Wind Bands.
