GYPE was formed in May 2005 in order to
widen opportunities for young percussionists in Gloucestershire. The
group provides a forum for the performance of music written for or
arranged specifically for Percussion Ensemble. The group consists of
some of the most able percussion players in the County. The music seeks
to stretch the abilities of the players and demonstrate the vast array
of percussion instruments at their disposal. |
